If you seek to work with Margot Zwiefka you agree to be bound by the following agreements and conditions.
There are a number of ways you may choose to work with us that are available to purchase through our websites and ticket platforms, including memberships, mentoring, coaching, bodywork, and a wide range of training programs founded upon esoteric wisdom from different lineages - Tantra, Shamanism, Somatic Coaching and more. Our facilitators work with their own ritual processes that have been tailored particularly to match the essence of the frequency of their unique body of work.
The terms and conditions in this document apply to all of our services and products unless alternative terms are explicitly provided to you. If there is any inconsistency between this document and an agreement specifically provided to you, this document is overruled to the extent of the inconsistency.
It is important to be aware that we work in flow and there is a fluidity to our teaching school. As a result, programs may change or evolve from their original descriptions to accommodate more expansive experiences. We are a mystery school and that means we pull through teachings that are alive in the moment, so the structure of how things are laid out in the training space is subject to change.

We undertake to deliver our content with integrity, be diligent, careful and competent, and to offer our services according to our skills and qualifications, whilst also using experience from personal practice, knowledge obtained outside of official trainings, and intuition.
We are committed to monitoring your safety. However, this does not extend our duty of care towards you. We are not mental health professionals. If we have genuine concerns about your psychological state, we reserve the right to refuse to work with you or terminate our work and recommend you seek a different type of professional.
This work relies on you taking personal responsibility for your decisions and choices. It may not be suitable for you if you are not willing to take responsibility for creating change, are not ready to transmute advice into action, have trouble respecting boundaries (fair warning - we take an uncompromising approach to boundary enforcement in order to maintain the safety of our work as sacred space holders), or are disrespectful of our work.
Waiver of Liability
We do not make any guarantees or warranties about the accuracy of any material displayed on our websites, with the exception of any non-excludable consumer guarantees and other consumer protection provisions. We are human and errors creep in despite the best of intentions. If you see something that doesn’t seem right, please let us know.
While we make all reasonable efforts to ensure that our services and products meet with the highest standards of best practice, if something does go wrong that is not a direct result of our negligence, misrepresentation or deliberate fault, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of our websites, any products or services purchased through it, or any material posted on them, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
